CPC Document Processing Specialist Sr Location Minnesota :

This position is responsible for (1) creating and editing a variety of consulting contracts and deliverables, (2) adhering to RSM standards and guidelines and (3) developing a working knowledge of RSM branding. Contracts and deliverables utilize multiple formats and all must be formatted consistent with RSM branding standards. This position will be knowledgeable in processing contracts and deliverables for the supported service lines.

Creates, edits, proofreads and foots contracts and deliverables (this includes, but is not limited to, various types of internal and external reports, memos, training documents, letters, and other business documents) using Microsoft Office and other software tools used by the firm:

  • Maintains current knowledge and use of firm systems and software, policies, procedures, templates and deliverables for assigned service lines
  • Edits and proofreads documents for grammar, punctuation, syntax, clarity, consistency, content and readability
  • Checks draft and final versions of contracts and deliverables for completeness, accuracy and formatting
  • Ensures numbers foot and cross-foot correctly
  • Verifies deliverables follow AP Stylebook, developed standards and RSM brand guide

Builds strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients and enhances professional growth through attending training courses and applying knowledge and skills to role at RSM ployee bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance per program guidelines. Base compensation range is inclusive of all employees in this role and is dependent on geography and experience and actual offer will vary based upon these criteria.

May serve as a technical champion for other professionals within the firm and may serve as a lead on projects

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Technical skills

  • Advanced software skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Ability to prepare, proof and edit contracts and deliverables
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences
  • Strong grammar and proofreading knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities

Compensation Range: $46,400 - $80,000
