Lead a cohesive creative vision across four brands, unifying seasonal product direction (quilts, comforters/duvets, sheeting, decorative pillows, throws) with campaign and content storytelling.
Drive innovation and category expansion, using trend and competitive insights to evolve existing lines and explore new ones.
Build and mentor a high?performing creative team; elevate process and output from concept through production, on time and on budget.
Partner cross?functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure launches and messaging are tightly aligned.
Type: Full?time; $140,000-$170,000 plus benefits.
