Company Description Job Description Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? Sixt is looking for an Operations Trainer in New York or Newark to achieve training objectives by leading all classroom and virtual-based trainings, creating training materials to align with company goals, and following up with onboarding and tracking training completion.
Your Role at SIXT - You facilitate all classroom and virtual led training
- You onboard new employees
- You continually update training materials to align with operational needs and maintain the appearance of the training center up to SIXT standards
- You perform in-person coaching at the branch level
- You track all training completion for the participants
- You oversee the organization of training dates, travel, and direct billing accounts
Your Skills Matter - Experience You have at least 2 years of management or training experience
- Education You have a bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Technical Proficiency You are proficient in training processes, team-based project management, strong vendor management skills, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
- Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
- Travel You are flexible and willing to travel up to 75%
